1. Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in UK law via the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days of the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter by email or post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Withdrawal period: 14 calendar days from date of delivery.
Eligible products: Unopened, sealed products only.
Condition of return: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in a resaleable condition.
2. How to Return - Step by Step
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Email info@hipscrub.world with your name, order reference (if known), delivery address, and a brief description of the reason for your return. You will receive return instructions within one business day.
Package the product securely
Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging. Include a note inside the parcel with your name and order reference.
Send to our returns address
We will provide the return address in our email response. We recommend using a tracked postal service. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product was faulty or incorrectly sent.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible. For payment-on-delivery orders, we will issue a bank transfer or cheque refund.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
The following are not eligible for return or refund under our standard policy:
- Opened products: For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened sachets or boxes where the seal has been broken cannot be returned, unless the product is defective.
- Products returned after 14 calendar days of delivery (unless faulty - see Section 4).
- Products not in their original condition - damaged, altered or missing original packaging.
4. Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. You are entitled to:
- A full refund if you reject the goods within 30 days of delivery.
- A repair or replacement within the first six months if rejection is not requested.
- Further remedies thereafter if a repair or replacement fails.
In such cases, we will cover the cost of return postage. Please contact us at info@hipscrub.world with a description of the issue and, if possible, a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item.
5. Cancellations Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched, free of charge. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible by telephone (+44 1244 678 392) or email (info@hipscrub.world). If your order has already been dispatched, the standard 14-day return procedure applies.
